images not uploading

    Thank you.

    I have had a look, how do I know that the images have uploaded correctly moving forward without checking each entry? Please see attachment.

    Why do some of the uploaded images look like a black folder? Some show as images and some show as black folder. When you go in to Directory to view sometimes the image is showing correctly and sometimes not.

    1. If you find one with an issue, please let us know but import appears to be working as expected.

    2. Please provide a link to that page showing the black file icon and we will check it.

    Hello Andrea,

    The black folder displayed because of image has uppercase extension(.PNG).
    We have already fixed this please update GeoDirectory and it’s plugins.
    Once you update plugins, please check after clearing your browser cache.
