Images (other than the first) doesn't load

    Hi,

    Previously I brought this up for support but I didn’t have screenshots of the before and after and Alex created a test post with multiple images and was able to see the images so we didn’t proceed.

    It has happened again. When I first attach images to a post, all the images appear. But a few days later, in this case 10 days later, only the first image will load.

    Screenshot 1 and 2 shows when I first uploaded the images 10 days ago till this morning. Screenshot 3 shows the post currently having the error with the images.

    Hi Hui Ling Tan,

    Just an update.
    there is this unexpected issue that delete all post image completely and keep only the featured image. I tried several cases to reproduce the image removal issue but not succeed completely.

    Initially i was able to reproduce it on 2nd time post update. 2nd time post update the image get deleted automatically. I have deactivated few plugins in order to check it and reactivated them again.

    SG Optimizer was one of them.

    seems after that the issue is not reproducible again.

    I will assign it to kiran to have an another look.

    Hi Naveen,

    Thanks so much for the update.

    This usually happens after quite a number of days, in this case 10 days. I work on the web design everyday so it might need a couple of edits of either the post itself, the cpt (dining) settings or the css edits before it’ll reoccur. I’m no expert in this but just sharing what I’ve been doing on the website hoping it might give you guys more insight.

    Hello,

    Some additional questions.

    1. Does this happen when you are doing a save or you just see it after visiting the site after a period of time?
    2. Are you doing saves on the frontend or backend?
    3. Is there anything else making changes to the posts via api or such?

    1) I am not very sure about I think it usually happens after I save.
    2) Backend
    3) No. I’m only working on CSS, CPT Settings, Editing test posts and Template Pages.

    Just to add, I notice that my post_content still exists on the backend of the post, even though it disappeared on the front-end.

    that does sound like the post is expiring and downgrading to a free package with fewer images and data?

    But I didn’t set any restrictions on my free packages.

    Also, this issue started months back. Every time the images disappeared, I waited to see if it would come up again, which they didn’t, and I’d finally delete the images that weren’t loading. Then I’d upload new images, while retaining the same post, and it’d be fine until a few days later and the images would disappear again.

    Hi There,

    I have checked today my listing(https://huntingmama.com/dining/the-test/) which was created 4 days back and it still have 4 images uploaded during add listing.
