    You now get the error much faster though 🙂 The WP Rocket seems to be casueing the delay problems in the backend.

    I have added a code snippet to increase your server timeout from 5.5 seconds to 15 seconds for CURL and it seems to have fixed it.

    Please check.

    Thanks,

    @stiofan

    Sorry to tell you that I just imported a place and I get the following error.

    file: https://scontent.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/s720x720/1545172_619867821413065_355015600_n.jpg?oh=70d7419ab57a54345c17ffe2f5a3def5&oe=5A3A8E15Array ([errors] => Array ([import_file_error] => Array ([0 ] => cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 10519 milliseconds)) [error_data] => Array ())

    I have uninstalled wp-rocket and installed wp cache and autoptimizer, I have configured them as it comes in the geodirectory web

    Thanks

    There seems to be a huge delay with your server and facebook server, i have no problems on my test server and no other reports of similar problems.
    If you run tests to CURL to the facebook server you will see there is random delays, no one else is seeing this but you so it must be something related to your server.

    Hi
    I was thinking of switching hosting, some with more power. I hope this solves the problem
    Thanks

    1. Where are the majority of your customs located?
    2. What is your budget?
    3. How many listings have u got now?

    It depends on a lot of things, but yes with the right hosting you can easily host over 1 million listings.

    Hi,
    1. The places are only Spain.
    2. The budget can not exceed €30 a month, as there is no income yet and I do not want to put adware from Google.
    3. I have about 500 seats right now.
    Thanks

    30 is not much of a budget but should be fine for 500 listings, you could get something very good for double that.

    Any EU hosting should be good, i would look for a VPS and try and get as much ram as possible and a SSD if possible.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
