Import from Facebook not appearing

I am having an issue with the import from social Facebook not showing up when a customer goes to edit their listing. We mass imported a lot of our customers with just the most basic information(business name and address) so when I customers go to claim their business and hit edit my listing it does not allow them to import from social they can only type in all of their information. Is their anything that we can do to get import from social to show up on that page too. It shows up find when a new business signs up but not for a returning customer editing their listing.
