October 8, 2019 at 9:02 pm #512170Hi guys, I’ve been importing listings using the WP All Import Pro plugin and connected it with GD. I’ve been using it just fine for ‘places’, but now I’m trying to import ‘events’. Now it’s importing them into the system and they appear in the WP admin. It’s also created their individual details pages, but when I go to the ‘events’ archive page they don’t appear. So for example, I imported 10 events as a test. One of those events is here:
https://rootstage.whatsonhub.com/events/united-kingdom/east-riding-of-yorkshire/hull/emeli-sande/If you were to either click on the ‘music’ category link just above the event title, and go to the music category, you’ll see that this event, nor any other, appears there. Instead you just have “post ID is missing”. Even if you go to https://rootstage.whatsonhub.com/events you’ll see nothing appears there either so it can’t be the location. Can you help? Thanks,

You’ll see each of the 10 records to be imported on the right hand side. You’ll see that the date format seems to be in the correct format and each event in the events list right now, is showing correctly on the back end. It just does not appear on the front end listing like you pointed out. Thanks,

Thank you very much! October 11, 2019 at 1:12 pm #512642Hi, I’ve just had another look at this, and now it won’t let me import other fields correctly. Firstly, when I now add a ‘1’ to say it’s an ‘all day event’, it no longer checks the right box and instead puts the time in as 10am – 6pm but on the admin side only. On the frontend listing, it says 12:00am. Secondly, I’m trying to add some data into two custom fields I added in – ‘Venue’ and ‘Price’. The information is in the JSON import and I’m correctly mapping the right field from the data to the custom field, but for some reason, will not insert into the listing information neither the back or front ends. Thanks,
DaveOctober 11, 2019 at 3:21 pm #512661Also thirdly, the field where you can link to other listing / custom post types doesn’t appear at all when I try to import. For example, for each event in the import, I’d like to link it to a place using the ID or name. You can do this on your standard import/export feature, but isn’t appearing in WP All Import. Thanks,
DaveOctober 11, 2019 at 10:00 pm #512716Hi David, Thanks for reporting those issues, we will look into them. In the meantime please renew your membership to receive additional premium support here. October 11, 2019 at 10:22 pm #512724Thanks Alex. Happy to renew. I’m on 4 months right now. Can I easily switch to annual package on the same license? Or do I need to purchase new annual license and replace all the license keys in my site? Thanks
 Dave
