Import/Export

    Hi everybody.
    We have an old website with some business directory running on it.
    We would like to bring the listing from the old directory to the new one (GD)

    Is there any guidelines as to how to do that?
    I think we should export it as an csv file, but do we need to follow specific csv format in order to be able to import it t GD?

    Thanks a lot guys let me see if I got it correctly.

    1. The source business directory is not GD, some old plugin wordpress plugin.
    2. In order to import listings correctly into GD we to follow specific format with mandatory fields. In order to follow this format, we have to download sample Listings CSV file.

    So the steps in our case would be:
    1. Download sample listings file from GD
    2. Populate the fields in this file with the information present in the old (non-GD) directory listing
    3. When done – we can us this file to import the listings into GD.

    Is this correct?
