    Hi.

We are trying to use the import listings, but its not working.

even with the SAMPLE CSV that you provide, it gets this error:

    Total 3 item(s) found.
3 / 3 item(s) could not be added due to blank/invalid address(city, region, country, latitude, longitude).

    Any clue?

    Thanks,

    Martin.

Does your settings allow listings to be imported in any location?
Have the categories already been created?

Can you post your admin details and URL in a private reply please.

Have you tried saving the CSV in a format that recognize the special characters like UTF8.

Let us know how you went,

    Thanks

Yep, I saved as UTF8, but when I import to Geodirectory, they get totally screw up. Now we have to change one by one.

Is your database collation the same as the CSV file?

If you provide url, wp admin, ft, phpmyadmin details and a copy of the CSV with the special character we will have a look for you.

    Let us know,

    Thanks
