Importing xlsx file

First time using GD so not too familiar with all the features..
I have a large list of businesses that I would like to add in the listings but it’s in a xlsx file and the format is different from the sample. Any ideas how I can import this list in the most efficient and effective way?

You will have to re-work your data into a CSV file using LibreOffice. That is the only way to import.
If you are missing columns, first create a new custom field, and export a CSV to get the new format:
