Incomplete place tags

Hello!

Today, something happened with the place tags on my website, and they started showing only the first word from the first tag. Until today, everything was fine. I am using Supreme Directory, but I’m not sure if this is a theme issue. Exemple: http://www.italyscapes.com/places/veneto/venice/eat-drink/caffe-florian/

If I delete this one word tag, is recreating itself. Have you encountered a problem like this?

And another question… For a listing page, I would like to have the featured image just like the one in the home page, or location page, with the header (menu) over the image, and the bottom arrow for more content. Is it possible?
