Incorrect Detailed page shown – either as 404 or search result summary

Fresh install of GeoDirectory V2 on 4/28. After install Core, detail page shows fine (use demo page places/chestnut-hill-hotel/). However, after install several GeoDirectory add-ons, detail page is no longer showing. Instead, it’s showing as 404 (see “Bug 1”) or search result summary (see “Bug 2”, as if “chestnut-hill-hotel/“ was treated as a location). Refreshed cache doesn’t help. De-activated all GeoDirectory add-on, bug still show. Re-activated, and strangely bug went away for a while. On 5/1, updated GeoDirectory core and add-on to latest version, and bugs are showing again. Clear cache didn’t help.All settings are at default setting that comes with the demo. (Perm link; place; category; default location, ..etc). Really not sure what is going on, but we need to be able to count on the live posts to show the detail page instead of 404 or search result page. Any suggestions for fix? Thanks.
