Insert links automatically into Option Values in Custom Fields

Hi,

Is it possible to insert links into the Option Values of the Custom Fields so that for eg if Asian Cuisine is selected during the listing process, the user is able to click on “Asian Cuisine” in the Listings and Details page to view the embedded linked page.

Can you explain more?
What type of custom field?
Do you want to “Asian Cuisine” to link to a page on your website from all listings that select that option?
Why not use categories for that?
Sorry, but I am not sure what you are trying to achieve.
