Installed but doesn't work

    Hi,
    I have installed the geodirectory and other purchased plugins but when I add an item, and try to go to the created page is comes up not found. Please let me know how to resolve this:

    FYI… I did try deactivating all plugins except geo plugins and still the pages were not found.

    Hi,

    from what I can see, you didn’t assign the place to any place category, which is a mandatory field.

    That could be the reason, however without checking your back end settings, I’m just guessing.

    If you provide admin credentials in a private reply, we’ll check.
