When I activate the woocommerce plugins, the ninja form stops working.
Video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T3NBydGVsn6vzOBAo09eE2_1cE06DiCY/view?usp=sharingI like the pop-up ninja form a lot and I don’t want to stop using it, since it integrates very well with the geodirectory plugins.
But for about 3 weeks I have observed that it stops working when I keep the woocommerce plugins active.
I do not know if it is a server problem or cache memory or if they have had knowledge of any user who reports the same problem.
I already made the report a week ago to support ninja form but they have not responded.
I have currently deactivated the woocommerce plugins, and the ninja form plugins works fine as can be seen in the following url
Do you have any knowledge or report of another user who is suffering the same problem?

I couldn’t recreate that on my test site.
Please share WP Admin and FTP credentials in a private reply so we can debug the issue.
Thanks

October 28, 2019 at 1:49 pm #515143Thanks for your support Naveen
Although the elegant themes support team, they suggested that I check the server.
They told me the following: “It looks like either your server, woocommerce or Security plugin is blocking the request:I found similar issue reported in the past with Ninja form and woocommerce plugin;
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/10512
Please try this, disable your security plugin.
Then contact your hosting provider and show them the screenshot I gave.
Ask them if there’s anything in their server security blocking it then please unblock it, ask them if mod_security module is enabled on your server. Disable the mod security for a test and if it fixes the issue, hosting provider can adjust the rules to allow this request.
Then clear your cache and try these again. ”That was the response from them.
But I thank you again for your help.
October 28, 2019 at 3:58 pm #515159Giovan, based on my exploration the 500 error was
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/integration-of-geodirectory-ninjaforms-and-woocommerce/#post-513540it was divi theme issue in older version of theme. since you were using very older version of divi theme. you face the issue.
but anyway the issue is fixed now, I will close the ticket.
Thanks for trying Gd support.
