invalid character error message

Hi,
I get this message when importing a test group of listings:
1 / 9 item(s) could not be added due to blank title/invalid post type/invalid characters used in data.
I attached the file.
The row that it does not like is ‘springville musuem’ but I cannot figure out why
Can you please tell me what it barfs on?

I found the problem. Libre Office is set with a default character set different from UTF-8
Something triggered my memory, and I checked your doc. Sure enough, changing that fixed the problem.
If you can detect the wrong character set in your upload program and give a meaningful error message it would be appreciated.
