Having some issues with Invalid Coupon Codes….

Just added this new coupon code yesterday, added it to a new listing and it keeps showing Invalid Coupon Code.

Please see attached images and explain why this is happening…

Hi,

I don’t get the invalid coupon error somehow, but the discount is not applied.

I asked to the developers to follow up. They may need FTP and cPanel access.

What is that you want me to let you know…? I explained that the coupon code is not working and now you experienced it yourself.

What I want to know is why is this happening and how does it get fixed?

Problem seems to be that if you are using non SSL it tries to ajax apply the discount code but the http link redirects to the https and the post fails, if you use the ssl link from the start it seemt o work, i suggest you use a force ssl plugin.

To help avoid further confusion, is there a way to remove the Coupon Code field on Add Listing page and still have it appear on the checkout page?
