Is it possible to Duplicate the Category list?

Hi,

I have two custom post types that have very similar category’s. I’m hoping there is a way to duplicate or import the category list rather than typing around
50 category’s and sub-category’s in again.

This feature is not there at this moment but if other people will give +1 to this then will surely be implemented in near future.
