    i’m using geodirectory in my theme, everything is working good and the customization going very well. but the problem is when i go to Leave a Review for example under a restaurant i get this problem page “La connessione è stata annullata

    La connessione al server è stata annullata durante il caricamento della pagina.

    Il sito potrebbe non essere disponibile o sovraccarico. Riprovare fra qualche momento.
    Se non è possibile caricare alcuna pagina, controllare la connessione di rete del computer.
    Se il computer o la rete sono protetti da un firewall o un proxy, assicurarsi che Firefox abbia i permessi per accedere al web.”

    What the solution? thank you

    still is not possible for me to leave a review in the attachment i want to put a screen movie but is not possible, anyway in chrome and in firefox i get a page with a error message ” Impossibile raggiungere il sito

    La connessione è stata reimpostata.
    Prova a:
    Verificare la connessione
    Controllare il proxy e firewall
    Eseguire lo strumento Diagnostica di rete
    ERR_CONNECTION_RESET”

    in Safari i get a white page i mean is opening a white page with nothing in also.

    Do you mind listing down the steps in order to recreate the issue?

    If you want to upload the screenmovie, zip it before uploading it or upload it on another server and provide a link to get it.

    1) going to http://food-italy.net/
    2) click on ” ristoranti” then i arrive to http://food-italy.net/ristoranti/?v=cd32106bcb6d
    3) chose a restaurant ” al tartufo ” and click on it
    4) in the description page http://food- italy.net/places/italy/umbria/perugia/ristorante/lantico-forziere/?v=cd32106bcb6d
    5) i go to ” recensioni ” “leave a review”
    6) write a review test; than i write my mail address; than i write my name and i live a rate
    7) i click on “post review”
    ASPECTED RESULT : my aspected result is to have the possibility to leave a review

    ACTUAL RESULT : is not possible error page is coming in chrome or firefox and in safari a white page .

    P.S. also in the attachment i put a video made with screencast

    Hi,

    yes on your listings I can see the problem. I asked to the developers to follow up. Do you get anything logged in the error log?

    I believe we’ll need FTP credentials too.
