    Hi Les

    1. Your username and password should be saved in the database, so we can wait until the next update to see whether there is a problem.

    2. That should have nothing to do with your password. Since you were able to load the dummy data, I guess you have some categories created as part of that process.
Are you adding an icon when creating the category? A category cannot be saved unless you upload an icon (map marker) for the category.

If you want us to have a closer look, we’ll need login details.

    Hi Gust,

Is there any chance of progressing this?
When I enter the Username/email and password in the Auto Updates and save I cannot see data entered, just blank boxes. Is this correct?

I think these problems are occurring because the password in the database and that used in this members area are different. Is there anyway to confirm which is the correct password that I should be using?

    Thanks

    Hi Gust,

Geodirectory is in a multisite subdirectory, is this the problem? Does Geodirectory work in the WP multisite environment?

I have just found out from the new features that Geodirectory does not work in a multisite environment.

I prepared a whole reply and thought I’d sent it.
Don’t worry about the password issue until you find it does not update.
GD is not meant to be multisite compatible.
I had a go at trying to access your links, but it seems the subdomain does not exist, and the login pages did not work.
I had a look at your WP settings and the home url was incomplete.
There was nothing I could access … 🙁

Hi Guust, I am moving my Geodirectory onto a subdomain (which is not multisite) so hopefully that may clear the problem. I should be up and running within an hour. Thanks

Guust, I have uploaded to a subdomain (not multisite) and all seems to be working OK now. Thanks
