Issue with creating a listing

    If a user creates a listing from the “Add Listing” menu and selects that they are the Business Owner at the top of the form, they are not required to have the listing verified prior to publishing. The person posting the listing becomes the owner immediately.

    Hypothetically, it is possible for spammers to create verified listings and defame businesses without passing by the administrator for verification. Is there a way to make sure the listings are verified even if they are generated by a user and not an administrator or someone who did not claim the business was theirs?
