    Have you added the required custom fields to the sidebar at
    Places (or other CPT) > Custom fields > Edit a custom field and select “Detail page sidebar” in “Show in location”.

    Please post your WP admin details in a private reply and we’ll have a look if required.

    I have reset the widget and it appears to be working now, please check.

    I also updated the permalinks settings to make sure you have no issues with them.
