Issue with mandatory ratings

    hi Guys
    I am having an issue with the mandatory ratings – i wish to turn it off, as in – i want to allow users to post comments without a rating.

    The setting looks ok… but the ratings are still not allowed without stars

    Hello!

    I am unable to login, please check the credentials and repost once tested.

    Can you confirm that you have set the option at:

    GD – Multiratings – General – Disable mandatory rating star

    Hello alex, can you please try again – i dont know what happened with the user account, i deleted it and re-created it with the same credentials above.

    I can confirm that the setting is enabled
