issue with mobile listing of my site

    Hi guys

    I am using the framework child themes and I have just been told that my clients are unable to load their listing using their mobile phones… I am assuming they are using smart phones and not the brick phones that only play the snake game.

    I was hoping you might have some info on how I can fix this situation?
