Java Script not working under Gd->Advertise widget

    Hi, I have some java script code that I been given to advertise myself in other websites.
    This java script creates a home search widget and when pressed it takes you to my real estate home search page.

    I want to advertise my real estate services on my GeoDirectory website. So have tried copying the java script to the “GD->Advertise” and to the “Custom HTML” widget but nothing get displayed, as if the java code below did not exist:

    <script src=”http://www.rigotorres.com/webcapture/type/mediumrectangle/” type=”text/javascript”></script>

    Now, if I place that same java code on the body of a regular html file then this home search widget displays just fine, any idea why this code is not working under my GeoDirectory website?
    Any suggestions one what I can do so this code can work under my GeoDirectory website?

    It is a general WordPress setting that Javascript is stripped out of text entry areas.

    GD Includes an option to add JS code to header or footer at GD – Design – Scripts

    Thank you I see.
    I tried copying that java script content to “Gedirectory->Design->Scripts->Header Script code” and to “Gedirectory->Design->Scripts->Footer script code” and nothing showed up in the header or footer of my website.

    I am I missing a step? or why does nothing show up in the footer or header of my website.
