Just paid for the membership, where is it?

    It’s saying the payment is pending but I have been charged, is this normal?

    Hi Corey,

    it says pending because apparently the transaction didn’t go through. Where you using Paypal funds or your credit card?

    I asked to Stiofan to check with Paypal too.

    Hi Corey,

    I checked PayPal and it does not look like we received it. If you have a transaction number I can use that to search but I don’t see it on our side.

    Yeah I tried to use both my credit and debit cards but it’s not being accepted. I’ll try paypal later on, I am based in the UK and the payment is in dollars, is this causing an issue?

    I don’t think that is the problem unless your bank has added that restriction.
    We are a UK company but trade in $ as its the most globally recognised currency.
    If the worst comes to the worst i can send you a paypal invoice you can pay in £.
