    Hello, Y’all ~

Love the look of your product and looking forward to making it work for my worldwide tattoo industry directory.

I have done some searches and found some very useful info so far, but I still have a couple questions I couldn’t find answers to.

Situation is – I am doing a migration from Store Locator Plus of my CSV database of 6520 Tattoo Studio, Tattoo Artist and Tattoo Model records, which includes the following:

    5489 Facebook Sites
    4472 Websites
    4177 Yelp Sites
    3944 E-Mail Addresses
    2668 4 Square Sites
    1460 Instagram Sites
    1291 Twitter Sites
    396 Google + Sites
    232 Tumblr Sites
    149 YouTube Sites
69 “Other” Sites (Patreon, Vimeo, ismygirl, etc.)
    54 Pinterest Sites

I DO NOT have pictures for all of the above records, which is important for one of my questions that follow.

I have seen from searching the forums it is possible to include an instagram feed in the listings, but I haven’t attempted to do so yet.

I have done a download of the sample CSV file to use as a template for upload.

I have seen the CSV file should be in UTF-8 format, but I haven’t converted and tried to upload in that format yet

    First question is:

How can I correctly add more columns for social media and site URLs not in the downloaded template?

Second question is in 2 parts:

Is there a list of prohibited characters posted somewhere, and are spaces at the beginning or ending of data in the cells a potential problem?

I have received a number of upload errors for incorrect characters, and I’d like to have a good reference when scrubbing my database for errors.

    Third question is:

Is it possible to run an Instagram feed to the photo section of the listing, so that it appears in both the listing itself and in the thumbnails that display under the map?

This would be a huge advantage to my personal situation of not having a full compliment of photos for my listings, but it would also be advantageous to anyone who wishes to avoid having to load a massive amount of photos on their server.

I look forward to your reply – Many thanks

    RESPECT

OK – Answered the second question myself

Uploaded my data in the correct UTF-8 CSV format. Had 47 rejects which correlated to 2 blanks found in the city column and 45 blanks found in the Region column.

Still looking for answers on questions 1 and 3 when you gents get a chance

    THANKS – RESPECT

Add the required custom fields and export your current listings to get the matching format.
