    Hi,

    In old version, we could override the width to be used for slider using following filter:
    geodir_filter_media_image_large_width

    Ref:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/large-image/page/2/

    Docs:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/codex/codex/geodirectory_filters/geodir_filter_media_image_large_width/

    We have website where we have default large size in WP -> Media > Settings to be set for 1024px as large width. But for slider images when shown in lightbox, we want to ideally show the “full” image size, or larger than 1024px.

    Can we use similar filter as it was in old version so for sliders once image is loaded in lightbox, full screen, we can show the largest image possible for high quality view for large screens.

    Thanks!

    PS. We are using latest V2 plugin

    Hi Marc,

    There is now an image size option in the post images shortcode HOWEVER i have made the lightbox script add the srcset to the lightbox images which will allow it to use a bigger image if available, so really you don’t have to do anything, from next version this should just work.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    Hi Stiofan,

    Thank you for your reply.

    1. Image size option in post images shortcode does not work as it get overridden in the code when we have set link_to=lightbox, see following bit:

    // image link line 315, class-geodir-widget-post-images.php

    if($options['link_to']=='lightbox'){
    	$link = geodir_get_image_src($image, 'large');
    	}

    so even when we give image size as “full” in the shortcode , when we have linked it to lightbox, image being used is size of large, not Full.

    2. Good news to know about srcset if it will allow us to use Full size of the image, hope to try new version soon. Thank you!
