Hello, is it possible to shorten the „Latest Places descriptions preview length“ in the sidebar, so that there will be shown less description text before the „Read more“ button?

Hello, i just have a local standard installation pretty standard/native meanwhile. What i meant is the descriptions for related posts/places in the sidebar. It looks not very nice/handy when the descriptions are so long and the sidebar has two columns, so i thought there is maybe a place where the amount of preview text could be handled (perhaps just site-wide, no problem).

Thanks for your reply. Yes, these can be adjusted using custom CSS. Could you upload your site to a staging URL so that I could take a look at it and provide some custom CSS?
