Layout issue after updating Geo 1280

    Hi,

    I was not sure about where to put this question.

    I updated the site for the first time in a while. A lot of plugins were updated. After the GeoSearch field went bananas.

    I am using the Geo 1280 theme but I do not think that one was updated.

    It has two fields and the search button and they are all supposed to be side to side on the same row. But after the update they are all centered and placed on a different rows.

    I would appreciate if you could check what went wrong here.
