    Hi all

I am trying to create a website that allows service businesses to register for a paid listing. These businesses can then provide quotes to prospective customers for their services.

The customers will search using Geodirectory and find services in their postcode area. They will fill in a quote request form (Ninja Forms). The form enquiry will then be sent out to the businesses, who will be able to respond with the best quote.

This is part directory, part lead management and part CRM – I think.

I have looked into UPICRM (Free) and also Boberdoo (Paid).

I’d appreciate any advice/thoughts anyone might have to build something like this in WordPress. Has anyone had experience of either of these? Can either plugin be used with Geodirectory? Has anyone set something like this up before? Thanks.

    Hello,

what you want to do isn’t part of GeoDirectory. GD can be a perfect front end because it will scale and perform for listings and your vendors. However, the integration with Ninja Forms is for conveying messages from site visitors directly to listing owners.

To set yourself with more than that, for backoffice processes, you should contact an expert for advice on how to hook plugin functions and perhaps additional services together to achieve what you are looking for.
