Licence Update Issues

    I let my membership expire for a few days and just purchased a new one last night. I update my theme licence and it says: License key is active. Expires August 15, 2017. You have 1 / 10 sites activated.

    But when I try and update the events plugin that is saying theres an update out it says:
    Updating Plugin GeoDirectory Events (1/1)
    Downloading update from https://wpgeodirectory.com/edd-sl/package_download/MTQ3MTQzMTgwNjpiMWJjNjMzNzI2YjcxOTBmMzBiNmMwOWVjN2M1YTJkMDo2NTExNjo0MTlhNjZjZTdlMWI0ZDU1ZDIwYzc0ZjMzN2U4MTRkZjo=…
    An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Events: Download failed. Unauthorized

    I then tried to deactivate and reactivate the theme licence which gave me the same result as above so seems theres no problem with that. Then I tried to deactivate the plugin licence individually and received this message: Licence not deactivated! Please seek support. Some of the licences are different on your site then on my site but it will not let me update them. I am summing thats the main issue. All plugins have been updated to the latest until 2 days ago when the support membership expired.

    I am using OpenSSL version 1.01

    Anyone that can help that would be great.

    I think you got issues with the GoDaddy managed hosting, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/#wp
    I’ll get Stiofan to have a look too.

    There was a small bug that would not let you deactivate licences properly, you should be able to deactivate the licence now and add your new ones.

    Also not using godaddy I am on blue host now. The godaddy link in admin is just left over when I migrated away.

    Two other plugins not related to geodirectory updated fine. Just in case that helps.
