License expired

    My subscription has just run out, and I can’t renew it just now. Can I get the licence keys for the products I have duly paid for please, as they seem to have disappeared off my account.

    I don’t understand why you want to deprive me of what I’ve already paid for.

    Expired keys are removed automatically.

    You will have to renew to receive updated keys which will get you access to automatic updates.

    But I just would like whatever it was I had access to before my subscription expired. I’ve already said that I can’t renew at this time. Surely I’m entitled to be able to use the software I’ve already paid for?

    A membership entitles the holder to support and updates.

    License keys are only needed to take advantage of auto updates. Once linceses are expired, they no longer provide any benefit.

    After the membership is expired, we no longer provide access to download links because they are being constantly updated.

    Only active members can have that.

    Of course you had the right to download the latest version available before your membership expired and keep on using it.

    If you didn’t do that let us know and we will send you the files one last time.

    @robert licences are only needed for updates, if they expire then auto updates will fail, but the site will still work. You can find current licences in your account area, if updates fail then you might need to add new ones.
