I just went to update my plugins and the GD ones would not update. I checked the 12 month license key and it is correct. I tried my individual licence keys to each plugin and one worked but the rest will not allow me to even change the key?

    Please advise.

Sorry for the late reply – I had some issues this month that were bigger than this issue x

    Hello!

Here is the step by step:

    1. Go to WP Plugins Page
    2. Pick one of the plugins that needs an update
    3. Click on “License” -> Click Deactivate
    4. Refresh the page
    5. Find the same plugin again and re-enter your license (you can find your here:https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/)
    6. Click Activate
    7. Refresh the page
    8. Click on “Update now”

I admit that it doesn’t seem quite that smooth. In the end, what you need to do is get the license to activate, and then come back to the page and do the update.

I did that for your GD plugins, got them all updated using my own licenses. Now you need to go back and put your licenses in place before you update the next time.

    Hope that helps

Sure, that’s what I was doing. Bit the annual license said it was invalid and the individual licenses said they were valid bit when I tried update it said not authorised.

I didn’t refresh in-between so will try again and get back to you.

    Thanks x
