Like / Dislike Buttons not available in Multi-Rating Plug-In

    I just installed and activated the Multi Rating plug in on my wp site. In the Demo, it shows that the last tap in the admin screen is where you activate the Like/Dislike button. But in my installation, I do not see the tabs. Am I missing something?

    Thanks for reaching us. Sorry, I’m not getting this. Could you elaborate or probably show us some screenshots? Also, which demo are you referring to? Perhaps a link?

    I have attached a document showing what i saw on demo from your website (link is provided) and compared to screen shot showing what i see on my website showing the Like/Unlike tab is missing.

    Hi Dayo,

    Thanks for your screenshots. That option is now called “Enable review on comments: Let’s users rate comments useful or not” as shown in the attached screenshot.

    But i am confused. That same Enable review on comments also exists on the demo screen that contains the LIKE/UNLIKE tabs. See the revised document that I have attached. I am looking for the option provides shows thumbs up and thumbs down icons to users to rate comments thumbs up or thumbs down.

    Please help have another look.

    Hi Dayo,

    Thanks for your reply and I’m sorry for the confusion. If you enable the “Enable review on comments: Let’s users rate comments useful or not” option, you will get the like/unlike button on your reviewer comments. Have you given it a try? It looks like the attached screenshot. If it doesn’t work for you, could you please share WP admin access so that I could check on it? Please use the private reply option below.

    Hello,

    1# Stars PNG is provided as a sample and can be copied out of the settings. If it isn’t to your liking you can make a new one.

    2# Menus – Improvements to menus are coming in GDV2. For now, what you can do is disable menu options in GD > Design > Navigation, and then add custom menu items to replace existing items or add new ones.

    3# See 1 above

    4# Speed – About the speed of your site, I can only advise to pair down the sheer number of plugins you are using. You can also add resources to your server.
