I want to limit the information on the main listing page (all categories) to the picture, Company Name, City and State. Can’t figure out how to do it. Also is there a way to set the default view to Grid 2. It keeps changing and I would like it to be one view.
    Thank you.

    1. To set default grid to Grid 2: GD > Design > Listings tab > Listing content section view > Grid View (two column).

    2. To remove all of the description: GD > Design > Listings tab > Description word limit > 0

    3. To hide other things or adjust addresses, these links should be helpful:

Hiding with CSS: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/ and https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/how-to-use-gd-without-street-addresses/

    To remove custom fields: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#show

    To edit address display: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/changing-the-layout-of-addresses/

Let us know how you went, thanks.

Thank You! The first two worked great and look good. #3 is still an issue as it does not speak to my issue. On the main page, that list everything you can see, I want to show on the page, their picture, the category they are in, the company name, city and state. If possible, I would like to do this thru CSS.

I gave you the link that shows you how to find the code to hide things with CSS: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style

There is some more additional info here to hide parts of the address:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/how-to-use-gd-without-street-addresses/

Without seeing the page you are talking about, we do not know what is showing there at the moment.
So if you cannot figure it out, post URL and WP admin details in a private reply, together with details of the page where you are trying to hide things and exactly what.

    Thanks.

    Hi Kerry,

Have you tried removing the “All” in GD > Titles & Metas as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/eja49h ?

    Thanks!

As per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#show I added Category and Address to the Listings pages.
You have no custom field called “Company name” so I have not added that.
