    Hi,
How do I get the linked post title and logo? the short code gives the complete listing and i would like just the title and logo. I would like to use it on the page not the sidebar.
    Thanks

    Hi Georgia,

Thanks for your post. You can use the same shortcode and then use custom CSS code to hide the contents. If you’re referring to a single listing, you can use the [gd_post_meta key=”post_title”] shortcode.

    Thanks!

There isn’t a built in method or shortcode for that. I have flagged your question for the developers who will let us know if there is a workaround.

    Hi Georgia,

Without customization, there is no easy way to achieve what you asked. But you can hide info which you don’t want to show on linked listings.

    Hi Kiran,
Thank you for your reply. I had tried that a while back but unfortunately it didn’t come out quite as I had expected.
    Thank you

Adding additional html structure to the archive item yourself is one way to start this foray. With a few rules it is possible to hide a div, for example, that contains everything except the entry title and image.

    Good morning,
Thank you for your replies and sorry for the delay in responding.
Kiran- I’ve uploaded the pics of the place detail where I would like the logos to appear. I am able to do it if I don’t link the post types of the companies related to a project and just manually enter them for each project using image CF for the logos and text for the name. The second pic is a table of the gd_places (Projects); The contractor, consultant, MEP contractor are all under other CPTs. Again I am able to achieve this as I have manually entered each one.

Alex-Would that work for the table as well or would it be too slow?
    Thank you all
    Georgia

It loosk like you are well on the way with the setup.

Any of the GeoDirectory experts should be able to help you achieve that layout and look.
