List preview is blank

    Hi

    The listing preview page is showing blank every time l try to import from Facebook. It was working perfectly about 5 hours ago but now it not.

    I do not understand what is happening but all the private replies l am sending with the logins are somehow clearing after pressing the send button. Does your message field have restrictions on the type of characters l can input?. Is there a support email l can use to send the logins

    Hello,

    sorry, your post had little formatting and was marked spam.

    The problem is the iframe code being placed into the video field.

    As a workaround, please edit your listing’s imported data to remove the iframe video code.

    This is most likely a security rule from your host that prohibits the submission of iframes in the post field values. You can contact your hosting company to ask them how you can adjust the security rule.
