I have setup Listing Claim but cannot find it in the Dashboard of the Listing owner

June 20, 2018 at 3:29 pm #435689Thanks Alex, I have followed all the steps you mentioned and set it up, but when the business Owner form is filled and submitted it is not getting received in the Listing Claim tab.

are you testing the claim listing with an admin user? If yes, it will not work.
Please test it with a regular user and it will work.

After clicking submit on the claim form I see a blank page with a 0.
That is not expected.
Please update WordPress, BuddyPress, and GD plugins to current versions.
Once updated, here is a test outline you can follow to test it yourself, at the bottom of the page: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/claim-listings-add-on-overview/
If that doesn’t fix the issue, then make another private reply with FTP information and we will debug the issue.

Out of 4 messages sent from this form i have been receiving only 2 in my email.

Your site is running with old plugins, please update those outdated plugins.

I indicated earlier that I have already updated the plugins I was asked to update and still the problem persisting. So after I was asked to provide my ftp information which I did and waiting for the results only for you to be requesting me to update plugins again.
If i still need to update some other plugins can you please mention the specific ones. Please refer to the post history
