Hi Alex, Thanks but the problem still persists.
you first asked me to update the GD plugins which i did.
then you asked me to delete some of the many non GD plugins which i also did and yet the problem with the Claim Listing form still exist.

Meanwhile, a widget box defaulting on all GD forms which look so annoying and unprofessional as you can see it in the attached file.

Please help me fix this issue , i have done all you asked me to do in my side and have also provided all my website login details.
