Listing claims disappeared

    Hi,
    A lot of my listing claims seem to have disappeared since I exported and re-imported my listings under a different CPT.

    As a result (I think) there is a listing on my site that says it is claimed, but the notice is not in the “Listing Claim” area of the dashboard and the original person who claimed the listing can no longer edit the content and email notifications about the listing are not being sent to her. Can you please help?

    And the person who should have claimed it is this user: [email protected] Kristy Flack [email protected] Subscriber 0.

    You need to promote the user to author temporarily in the backend.
    Then navigate to the listing in the backend, and change the author.
    Then set the user back to subscriber.
