Listing description character limit

I can’t see where to change the character limit for the second line of content on these listings. I tried under GD/Design/Listings and increased it to 200 but no luck.

http://rmcc.bwwtest.com/view-all-physicians/ I need the doctors specialty listing below their name to not be cut off.

Can you please point me in the right direction?
