Listing Detail Page Right Side Bar Issue

It looks like the right side bar has been messed up. Under Widgets I only have the Featured Listings section. I want it to be above the rest of the items – but they are there automatically. Any way to move them around:

The issue I am trying to fix is that the spacing of the social section is to close to the top. I think a border or something would look nice – like the rest of the pages with the featured widget. Does this make sense at all?
