Listing expire

The listing settings are set to “delete” after expiration. Receive “expiration” reminder (30, 15, 7 days)notifications. However, there is no option to renew before the listing actually expire. All listings are FREE, no way to downgrade. How do we go about it? Am i missing something? thanks

The “Upgrade” and “renew” options appears on the listing on the date of the first reminder.

You are using V1?

Each package with Upgrades should have “Has upgrades” checked in the package
