Listing Information removed from listings

    Hi, listing information such as address, email, etc and any custom post types associated with a listing pricing level are all gone on both front and back end.

    I’ve updated plugin and all add ons to latest version and no fix.

    Attached image of listings edit page back end where it shows the area, but no fields!

    See how the listing info has no fields in my attachment? As well, in custom fields for each post type, even the default fields are gone!

    Hi,

    when updating from a version prior to 1.3 you need to run the GD Tool for DB convertion.

    1.3 introduced wp multisite compatibility and a wee database structure change.

    This is a one time thing. The problem won’t appear again in the future.

    Ok, I thought you said it was solved.

    Please provide a URL your wp admin and phpmyadmin or cpanel credentials.

    The database tables are automatically backed up, we just need to rename them.

    You probably ran the tool without having all addons up to date too.

    Hi Allyson,

    there are a lot of duplicated tables in your database (not just GD tables, but all!).

    Some prefixed wp_09t3p5m2g7 and other prefixed os8x.

    I’m not sure what the problem is, but I rather pass this onto Stiofan before I mess it up even more.

    any luck? if we can salvage what we have on this new installation that would be great as it would save us a lot of work we have done since the move on the directory. thanks guys.
