    Hello
    I am hoping that I can modify the listing images to be more of a portrait shape rather than landscape. Since most of my sites are people directories, I need the images rotated to be portrait. You can see what I mean here: http://felidarealestate.com/?page_id=203&preview=true
    Thanks in advance for the help

    Hi Joe,

    I’m getting “Page Not Found” for this http://felidarealestate.com/?page_id=203 . Could you double check or probably provide a temp WP admin access to your Website?

    Thanks!

    Sorry, it was in draft mode. As you can see the image sizes would be perfect if they were rotated 1/4 turn to portrait shape.

    Thank you

    Hi Joe,

    I’ve just checked that page and I think I know what you needed there. Could you try inserting this custom CSS code below into the slider and see if it looks better? Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS

    .geodir_thumbnail.geodir_lazy_load_thumbnail {
            background-size: contain!important;
    }

    Thanks!

    It dawned on me that I may be causing myself a problem with this. I have two distinct sections on this website. One is for local Realtors in the area and that category needs portrait images for head-shots but my other category will be for local merchants and the landscape image is best for them. Not sure if this is going to work but will wait to hear back from you. Thanks for the great support.

    Hi Joe,

    We can probably use custom CSS to target it. Could you please share both listing CPT’s so that I could inspect it?

    Thanks!

    This is the listing CPT that would be a landscape image: http://felidarealestate.com/felida-business-directory/

    This is the listing CPT that would be a portrait image: http://felidarealestate.com/featured-felida-realtors/

    Not a huge deal but it would be amazing if the listing page with the pictures or Realtors could have the images taller than wide and the listing page with the businesses be wider than tall.

    If it is not too much trouble, thanks.

    Hi Joe,

    Just inspected both pages and I noticed that the logos on the http://felidarealestate.com/felida-business-directory/ page seems cut off. Wouldn’t it be better if it displays it entirely? Since most of your images doesn’t have a fix size, I’d recommend using the custom CSS I’ve provided earlier on both listing types. Well, let me know what you think.

    Thanks!

    I agree that in the business section, the logo should be larger. The challenge is that in the other section that list Realtors, the landscape image shape looks poor. Any way to have one be portrait and the other be landscape?
