Hello,
I’m using Newspaper Theme, and have encountered the following issues with GD plugin. I’ve scoured the forum and tried recommended CSS with no success.
1) The location switcher on the primary menu is not working. Multi-location boxes have been checked in GD Multi-Location setting. “Change Location” name is displayed, but no links or drop-down menu.
2) Feature image in the listing places or events is replaced by the slider. The slider is not working properly.
White spaces between slider transition and also white spaces between thumbnail displays. Not sure if the video tab is also missing. See attached image.
3) Right Side Bar
– “My Listings” widget does not display any post type (place or event).
– The 2-Grid column displays only 1 column if the screen is larger than 13 inches. 2-Grid Column
only display in screen view between 10″ to 13″4) Content in Listing Page (e.g. place or event)
The 2-grid column content only display 1 column.5) There was an issue with the left margin for the listing page, so I added the codes below to fix the alignment issue. The codes were input in the “Theme Compatibility Settings, Required CSS”. They did not work when entered in GD DESIGN – SCRIPTS – Custom Style css code box.
#geodir-wrapper {
max-width: 95%;
margin: auto;
}Based on several tests, the codes were not the cause of the issues mentioned above. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Nik
February 18, 2018 at 9:22 am #418099We will need to see those page to be able to inspect the CSS.

I de-activated the theme compatibility settings you created.
I added the CSS at GD > Design > Scripts after correcting some mistakes in there that was breaking anything else you were adding.Thanks
February 21, 2018 at 5:21 am #418519Thank you very much, Guust for quick response in fixing the issues. Everything seems to work well now, except the “Change Location” link. The link does not work in Mobile View Menu.
Any suggestions on how I can fix it?
Gratefully,
Nik
February 21, 2018 at 7:29 am #418532Hi Guust,
The “Change Location” mobile menu does not work on Enfold theme either. There’s no drop down menu. Am I missing some codes?
Thanks,
Nik
February 21, 2018 at 5:07 pm #418615Hello,
Could you please send over links to the pages where the location switcher is set to display?
That will help us take a look at the issue.
Thanks
February 21, 2018 at 9:47 pm #418673The location Switcher is in the main menu on every page, I have asked Kor to have closer look.
ThanksFebruary 26, 2018 at 9:22 am #419231Hi Alex and Guust,
Thanks for your prompt follow up. The location switcher works on the desktop and tablet mode, but not mobile. No worries, for ease of use, a custom link has been created to replace the location switcher.
Thanks for your great support.
Nik

Thanks for following up. I am good with using the custom link for the menu instead of the location switcher.
Cheers,
Nik
