    1. After I add an individual listing, then click the button to see the list preview, I get a page that says, “Sorry, listing not found.” I’ve tried to check all my category settings, disabled Yoast to see if that was a problem (didn’t help), looked at the troubleshooting guide, nothing.

It used to work, so I’ve somehow screwed up the settings, I think.

    2. Reviews: I don’t want users to be sued for giving a bad review to a business and I want them to feel comfortable leaving the review. What is the most secure way to manage their information; how can I take their names off reviews and deter motivated businesses from learning their identities?

Many thanks for any help you can offer.

    Hi!

Definite progress has been made (yay, thank you!); the map isn’t showing though (another blunder on my part, probably; it used to work). Is there another settings change you can make?

Thank you so much, and thanks for the screenshot; very helpful.

    One final thing–

Reviews: I don’t want users to be sued for giving a bad review to a business and I want them to feel comfortable leaving the review. What is the most secure way to manage their information; how can I take their names off reviews and deter motivated businesses from learning their identities?

This will probably be a useful answer for other people as well.

Users can create accounts and usernames that contain no personally identifiable information. You can use the translation method to change various text to explicitly recommend to your users that they do not use personally identifiable information, including photos.
