Users are entering their listing.
They can choose for a free, basic listing of a paid, premium listing, with more options.
Somehow, one user managed to have a free, basic listing, with some details only available in the ‘premium’ package. They also have an 0-invoice.I think they selected the ‘premium’ package when entering the listing and then switched to the free, basic package and saved the listing. But now some fields from the premium package are filled, and Even I can’t delete them as admin from the backend.
1) How could this happen and how can I prevent this?
2) How can I solve this issue with this listing?Sytse
April 22, 2020 at 12:58 pm #541830Hi Sytse Berends,
Thanks for your message. We’ll have to check your Website backend to understand a little bit more about this. Could you please share your Website WP admin access here in private reply?

I do not see them in the form or on the listing view page.
Can you point out the issue in more detail?
April 23, 2020 at 4:30 am #542002Hi Sytse,
Fields are visible in add/edit listing form and at front-end view listing based on package fields visibility settings.
Please provide us a listing url and screenshot where it shows restricted field even fields are disabled for that package.

KiranApril 23, 2020 at 7:31 am #542018Guys, thanks for your replies.
Attached GeoD.png shows the listing in the backend. With the basic listing package selected and thus no website or facebook field.
Geod1.jpg shows the frontend Archive, containing a badge for the website and Facebook (which are fields for the premium/paid listing). In the backend (png file), when I select a paid plan, the fileds for website and facebook become visible (and filled), but I can’t save, because the user didn’t pay for the listing and it should be a basic one. So again the two questions:
1) How could this happen and how can I prevent this?
2) How can I solve this issue with this listing? Thanks again,
Sytse

This has been fixed and it will be in next release.
Provide us FTP credentials to apply patch or apply this patch from your side https://github.com/AyeCode/geodirectory/pull/1167/commits/b966c394b69fc4a6d327390ec547a3f6383b9cbf

April 23, 2020 at 11:04 am #542079Kiran, thanks.
Not sure if it is connected, but to be sure:
In the case that a previous paid plan has expired, and is downgraded, the listing should only frontend show the fields from the basic, free package. If the user pays again after a while, the (still filled) fields from the paid package should show up again. When is the next update planned? If it is within e few days, no patch is needed. If it takes longer, I’ll supply FTP credentials.
