Listings Disappear

    Hi,

    I have used wpgeodirectory in my site and before 2 days it worked properly. Today when I check the site, all the listings have been missing. No other user has logged in and eerything else works fine. But the listings are missing from the dashboard and the from the dashbboard history.
    What happened?

    As I see they are missing everything about the listings such as images except the locations. In the Location Manager I can see the locations where there are used to be listings. No one access the site or the server. I have never seen this happen before! Everything just missing

    Hi there,

    I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. Looks like all listings are gone and I can’t seem to find any trace of any listing. Did you perform a migration or did you make any adjustments to your database earlier?

    At the meantime, try contacting your hosting provider and see if they have a backup copy of your Website.

    There were a few of listings and I can re upload them. My problem is why happen this and if it’s possible to happen again and lose more things. From Friday till yesterday I haven’t even connected to the dashboard. And I can imagine how is it possible to disappear the listings without any trace. The only trace is left it the posts in Facebook.

    Hi there,

    I’d like you to know that we aren’t having any similar issues currently reported by other users, so it seems this is isolated to your side for some reason. Have you checked with your hosting provider? I suspect your Website could be hacked or something else.
