Hello: I am building a new directory of healthcare providers. Only have 3 listings so far. Each provider works at multiple clinic locations so I installed Locations Manager and Franchise Manager add-ons. After that, problems:
1) Individual listings will not show. See https://stridecare.com/location/ – The listings show here but when you click on one, says it can’t be found.
2) Search for one of the providers. No matter how you search, the search comes up with no results. Need to be able to search by doctor name and/or practice name and by zip code.
3) Layout on search results page – How can I change this to full screen/full page like the others? I am having so much trouble styling this. 4) Click 1 of the categories – like https://stridecare.com/providers/category/diabetic/ – The page is compressed to the left. How can I change this to full screen/full page like the others? I keep comparing category page layout (bad) to the location page (good) and I can’t see what is causing this page layout to shift left.
5) Categories do not seem to be working. It says only 1 listing in Diabetic yet 3 listings show up.
6) Map – John Landry is set up with Franchise Manager. He is in Arlington and Mansfield. Only his Arlington location shows on the map.
Map is set up wth Google API paid Cloud Services as recommended.
Plugins installed: Animate It, Astra Widgets, Classic Editor, Gravity Forms, Head Footer Post Injections, Really Simple SSL, Shortcodes Ultimate, Smash, Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg. (part of Astra Theme), Updraft Plus, Users WP, White Label CMS, Wp Easy Updates, WP Job Manager, WP Logo Showcase, WP Maintenance Mode, WP Rocket (not activated).
