Listings do not appear when type a city name only in 'Near' search field

Dear geodirectory support team.
I got a strange problem: Listings do not appear ( return no search result ) when user type only the city name in the ‘Near’ search field. This only happens for a specific city name. The other cities are apparently just fine. ( at least for now we only know this problem only applies for one city )

so for more details:
The city name: Breda (in The Netherlands), there are 5 listings in this city.
user type breda in ‘near’ search field. > no result found.
user type breda city in the same search field > it works
user type breda and select autocompleter option breda(city)> it works.

so far we don’t have this problem for other cities.

we use Multi Location addon, and Advanced search addon. The location setting for Breda has been checked and everything should be correct.
so what you think is the cause of this issue ?
